Where we ship

We ship within the United States.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. We run free shipping promotions from time to time. Any active offer shows in your cart before you pay.

Processing time

We pack and ship orders within 2 business days. During festival season and December, allow up to 5 business days.

Delivery

Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. December is slower. Order early.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

If your package is late

Tracking stalls sometimes, then catches up. Give it 3 business days past the estimate. Still nothing, send us a note through our contact form with your order number.

If your package is lost

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or shows delivered when nothing arrived, contact us. We ship a replacement at no charge. We deal with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged

Use the contact form. We reply, you send a photo, we ship a replacement. No charge.

Wrong address

We ship where you tell us to. If a package comes back undeliverable, we reship once you confirm the right address. You cover the second postage.
