If you don't laugh. If you don't smile. If you make no memory worth keeping. Then your money comes back to you. No questions asked.

You get a small number of nights each year with the people you love. We want ours to count. We want yours to count too. If a Sitin kit adds nothing warm to one of those nights, we don't want to keep your money.

How to make it right

Send us a note through our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us what happened. We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Keep the kit. Send nothing back.

Damaged or wrong orders

Use the same form. We reply, you send a photo, we ship a replacement. No charge.
